Killer Customs started in 2003 when old Friends Blake Foster and Paul Dyck decided it was time to build some really cool cars, Both had always been into cars since a very young age.Blake started with a 1953 Ford F100 pick up that he began hot rodding and restoring when he was 13, unfortunately this project never was completed but it did make one premiered voyage down the long driveway at the farm.
Paul on the other hand has owned at last count 163 cars and only a handful could be considered not cool or modified, from tunnel ram SBC in a 65 Nova at the age of 14 to blown Big Block 53 Ford pickup, Crazy Jeep YJ on 44's to big block chevelles.
Paul is also the resident artist and does all the design and concept drawings.
Blake took a turn in the drag racing world, having drag raced over the last 20 years he has a good knowledge of the parts it takes to make it work.
Currently we have an excellent Crew
Senior Tech Gary Yorston has vast experience with fabricating and road race car set up, his vast knowledge and practical experience give Killer Customs the ability to build and set up the car to run hard. Gary has been setting up and building road race cars for over 10 years and is VERY meticulous and careful. it is never done until it's done right!
Senior Tech Tommy Frankie many years experience with wiring and turbo installations along with sound system installs. Tommy has built a couple 900hp turbo Supras and also a 500hp PT Cruiser (if you can believe that) he is VERY fussy when it comes to wiring and header and exhaust fabrication. This is a guy you want on your team, too bad you can't have him.
Head Paint & Body Dino Petronio has many years experiance in both production and custom shops. Dino came to us from his own shop with allot of convincing but now all he has to do is GOOD WORK no other issues to worry about. Dino again is very good at what he does and again it isn't done till it's done Right.
Senior Tech Jay Weir is a long time hot rodder who joined the Killer team after a long run at a local Mercedes dealership. Jay was one of the head mechanics at Mercedes and has always been into custom cars. Building 4 cobra kit cars as well as a Nobel ( all wheel drive mid engine 190mph sports car) and many others. Jay brings a wealth of knowledge with him and is a certified mechanic as well as a certified road race instructor. Jay has also worked in the past for two INDY teams.
Head Fabricator Mat Paley has many years of custom fab experiance, Mat is a certified tig welder and never seems to be satisfied with the "perfect bead" Mats' stainless and aluminum welding skills are exceptional. Mat joined us after working at an import performance shop where he was in charge of the fab shop.
